Here goes the recipe
Ingredients
Bread slices- 12
Green chutney/chilli sauce- 2-3 tbsp
Tomato sauce/imli chutney- 2-3 tbsp
Green chilies- 2 finely chopped
Curry patta- 5-6 chopped
Salt to taste
Rai/sarso-1 tsps
Sugar- 1.5 tsp
Oil- 1 tsp
Chopped coriander for garnishing
Method
Bread ke ek slice pe chutney lagaye aur dusre pe sauce aur third plain rakhe
Ab inhe ek ke upar ek rakh de (spread wala hissa upar hona chahiye)
Ab slices ko halke se press kar le
Same process se baki sandwiches ready kar le
Ab in bread/sandwiches ko tave pe sekle thoda crispy
Sekney ke baad ek sandwiches ko 4 pieces may cut karle
Ek kadai may oil garam kare sarso dale
Jab sarso tadakney lage tab curry patta, hari mirch dale
Ab bread pieces dalkar halke hath se palat palat kar mila
Ab zara sa namak aur thodi si chini milaye sath hi halka sa pani ka sprinkle kare
Mix karne ke baad hara dhaniya dale
Garma garam serve kare green chutney aur tomato sauce ke sath
