Corn Curry

Corn Curry is a very unique and tasty dish made up of sweetcorn 

It is slightly sweet and spicy in taste.

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Sweetcorn (kacha wala jo easily cut ho jaye)- 3-4 cobs

For Gravy:

Tamatar pisa hua- 2

Make a paste:-

Pyaz-2

Garlic-3-4 cloves

Hari mirch-3-4

Adrakh-1″

In sabko mila kar dardara paste bana le

Masala:

Lal mirch pwd- 1 tsp

Haldi-1/2 tsp

Dhaniya pwd-2 tsp

Garam masala-1/2 tsp

Method 

For boiling corn:-

Cut karke cooker may dale sath may pani aur thoda sa namak aur haldi dal kar 2-3 siti lagaye Aap chahe toh pehle cut karke boil kar sakte hai ya phir boil hone ke baad bhi cut kar sakte hai

For making curry:-

Kadai may oil garam kare Ab pyaz ka paste dal kar bhoone.

Jab pyaz sik jaye ismay lal mirch, dhaniya, haldi aur garam masala dale sath hi thoda sa pani bhi dale aur oil chorne tak seke

Ab tamatar paste dale mix kare aur cover karke pakaye

Ab ismay corn ke pieces aur namak (thoda sa hi dale kyuki humney boil karte time bhi dala hai) dale aur kuch der pakaye cover karke kam aanch pe

Ab ismay bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de

Serve hot with steamed rice and chapati
