Mooli ka Paratha

Today’s lunch

My favourite¬†ūüėčūüėčūüėč

Mooli paratha, Dahi, Green chutney (kheera/ cucumber wali), Chowki mirchi

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Mooli– 3-4 kisi hui

(kisney ke baad ache se squeeze (nichod kar pani alag karna) kar le

Hari mirch- 1-2 bareek kati hui (optional)

Hara dhaniya- bareek kata hua

Salt to taste

Lal miirch powder

Regular roti ka aata/ wheat dough

Method

Mooli ko chilkar grate karle aur ache se squeez karke uamay namak, lal mirch mix kar le (you can add green chillies and chopped coriander)

Ek chota portion aata ka le uski ek choti roti roll kare usmay bich may thoda sa sukha aata sprinkle kare uske upar mooli stuffing rakhe aur sath hi thoda sa aur sukha aata dale pack karke roti bele

Ghee ya oil laga kar karara hone tak seke

Serve with green chutney/ pickle/ curd/ raita
