Kachori/ Khasta Kachori/ Moong dal Kachori

Kachori mere ghar may sabko bahut jyada pasand hai

Mainey kachori banana humare Maharaj ji se seekhi hai 

Moong dal se bane masaley ki stuffing karke ise deep fry karte hai

Aap isse breakfast, tea time snacks ya chaat ke roop may bhi serve kar sakte hai

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients (for 20 pcs)

For filling:-

Moong dal – 150 gms

(1 hour soak karo Phir chaan ke dardara pis lo)

Hing- 1/4 tsp

Saunf- 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Amchur- 1/4 tsp

Kitchen king masala- 1/2 tsp

Lal mirch pwd- 1/2 tsp

Kasuri meethi- 1/2 tsp

Soda- 1 chutki

Ginger-green chilli paste- 2 tsps (as per your taste)

Oil

For dough:-

Ingredients

Maida- 500 gms

Dalda/ oil/ ghee- 100 gms

Namak-10 gms

Method

For filling:-

Kadai may oil garam karo usmay hing 1/4 tsp dalo aur saunf 1/2 tsp

Ab hari mirch aur adrakh ka paste dal kar kuch der seko 10-10 gm

Ab moong dal dal kar ache se seko

Ab namak, amchur 1/4 tsp, kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp, lal mirch pwd 1/2 tsp, kasuri meethi 1/2 tsp dalo

Masala thada hone ke baad usmay ek chutki soda dalna hai

For Dough:-

 

Sare ingredients mix kare

Aur gunguna pani/ lukewarm water se aata lagana hai thoda naram

Ab ek masala stuff kar ke kachori ka shape de aur deep fry kare (pehle kuch der dheeme aanch par phir jab upar aa jaye tab aanch tez kar le)
