Aaj Papa Mummy ki anniversary hai toh unke liye kuch different nashta banaya hai…. halki ye dish mai shadi se pehle kai bar bana chuki hu par yaha sasural may aaj first time bana rahi hu 😀😀

Deep fried….. Ekdum crispy…. Chatpata

Matar masala ko aloo ke masaley may stuff karke deep fry kiya hai

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

For stuffing

Matar- 1 cup (mota mota crush kiya hua)

Nariyal (fresh/ desiccated)- 2-3 tsps

Salt to taste

Black pepper- 1/4 tsp

Hari mirch- 1-2 finely chopped

Hara dhaniya

Nimboo ras/ Amchur

Chini- 1/2-3/4 tsp

Oil- 1-2 tsp

Kaju (chopped) aur kishmish

For covering

Aloo- 2 big (boiled and mashed)

Sabudana- 1 cup (soaked)

Salt to taste

Bread slices- 1-2

Other Ingredients

Bread chura

Oil for deep frying

Method

For stuffing

Matar ko 1-2 second ke liye grind kar le

Kadai may 1-2 tsp oil garam kare aur crushed matar ko kam aanch par seke

Jab matar kadai chorney lage (uska colour bhi change ho jaata hai) tab usmay baki sare ingredients add kar de aur acche se mix kar le

For covering

Sabudana ko 2-3 hours bheega kar uske baad use piss le (aap saboot bhi dal saktey hai)

Aloo ko boil karke mash kar le

Ab ismay sabudana, salt aur bread mila le (bread ko pani may bheega kar acche se squeeze karle aur chura karke milaye)

Agar masala jyada soft ho aur binding may problem ho toh aap bread chura bhi add kar saktey hai

Ab aloo masala ko hath may spread kare

Bich may matar ka masala rakhe aur pack kare

Ab ise halka sa press karke flat kare

Ise bread chura may lapet le

Ab deep fry kare (oil bhaut jyada garam na kare)

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney
