Paneer Biryani

Paneer Biryani is a delicious version of biryani jismai bahut sare flavours hote hai

Par aaj mai aapko iska simple tarika bata rahi hu jo banane may bahut easy hai sath hi ghar may available chizo se hi ban jati hai

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients

2 cup- Rice (maine regular rice liya hai aap basmati bhi le sakte hai)

3/4 cup Paneer cubes(thoda chota cut kare)
(150 gm lagbhag)

2 Onion- cut into slices (rings)(gol kate aur lachhe alag kar le) (see notes)

2 Tez patta

2-2 Laung & Elaichi

1-2 small pcs Dal Chini

1-2 tsp Nimboo ras

Salt

Oil + ghee

Make a fine paste:

2 thode bade tukde- Dalchini (3-4″)
1 1/2 tbsp- Saunff
1 tsp- Jeera
A bada tokda adrakh (2-3″)
2-4 hari mirch
6-7 khadi lal mirch (na ho toh pwd le le 2 tsp)
3-4 laung
3-4 Elaichi
5-7 Black pepper saboot (na ho toh pwd le sakte hai 1/4 tsp)
4-5 Khada dhaniya (na ho toh pwd le lijiye 1/4 tsp)
8-10 garlic cloves

Method

Paste ke sare Ingredients ko thode sa pani mila kar pis le

Chawal ko dhoo kar 1/2 ghanta bheega kar rakh de

Bade cooker ya bhaari tale ke bartan may thoda oil dale aur ismay paneer ke cubes ko golden brown hone tak seke ab ise nikal le  (Aap paneer ko deep fry bhi kar sakte hai)

 

 

Ab isi cooker may thoda ghee dale garam ho jane par pyaz ke rings add kare aur golden brown hone tak seke

Ab ismay 2-3 tez patta, laung, elaichai aur dal chini dale

Ab ismay masale wala paste dal kar kuch der seke (2-4 minutes)

Ab paneer dale do min mix kare aur pehle se bheege hue chawal dale aur sath may 4 cup pani,  namak dale aur tez aanch par pakne de bich bich may chalate rahe

Jab upar thoda sa pani reh jaye tab nimboo ras add kar de aur aanch (flame) kam karke plate se cover kar de kuch der may upar ka pani pura sukh jayega tab gas band kar de kuch der yuhi rehne de

Ab isse utar kar khali kar le aur upar se thode se fried onion se garnish kare

For frying onions:

Pyaz ko lamba cut kare aur deep fry kare

Notes

Aap chahe toh masalo ka paste banatey time hi pyaz ko bhi sath may pis saktey hai aur dal sakte hai aur agar aapko pyaz ke lacche dalna ho toh aap woh dal saktey hai
