Mujhe bahut jyada dishes toh nahi pata par haan kuch jo maine try ki hai woh ye hai:-

Kadhi pakoda, Poha, Sabudana khichadi, Sabudana bada, Pav bhaji, Vada pav

Par sabse latest jo try ki hai woh hai PITHALE

Ye dish besan se banti hai dekh kar lagega jaise kadhi hai par hai nahi….. Goes best with steamed rice 😀😀😀😀

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Besan- 1/2 cup (3/4 cup pani aur namak mila kar batter (ghol) ready kar le

1 onion- bareek lamba cut kiya hua

Haldi-1/2 tsp

Green chillies-1-2 bareek kati hui

Oil -1 tsp

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

1/2 cup water

Method 

Pan may oil garam kare.Sarso dana add kare jab tadak jaye tab hari mirch dale aur mix karke onions add kar de aur gulabi hone tak seke

Ab haldi mila de aur 1/2 cup pani dale aur phir besan ka ghol dale ache se mix karke dhak de aur gravy thick hone ya oil extract hone tak pakaye
