Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Udad dal (black) – 1 cup

Rajma- thoda sa

In dono ko dhoo kar bheega do (raat ko banana ho toh subah hi bheega do)

Phir ise cooker may dal kar namak aur haldi dal kar siti laga lo 4-5 siti de (agar dal na gale toh aur siti lagaye)

Garlic- 6-7 cloves

Adrakh- 2″

Hari mirch- 3-4

Tamatar- 1 bada (paste)

Other ingredients:

Malai/ cream- for garnishing

White butter- 2-3 tbsps

Butter- 1-2 tbsp

Masala:

Laung- 2

Elaichi- 2

Tez patta- 2

Jeera- 1 tsp

Hing- a pinch

Garam masala- 1 tsp

Lal mirch powder- 1 tsp

Ghee- 1 tbsp

Method

Ginger, garlic aur green chillies ka dardara paste bana le

Kadai may ghee garam kare ismay jeera dale ab ismay hing dale

Ab laung, elaichi, tez patta sab dale

Ab ginger garlic wala paste dale aur bhune

Jab seek jaye tab tamatar dal kar seke

Jab seek jaye tab ismay lal mirch powder, garam masala dale aur seke

Ab ismay ubli hui dal dale kuch der pakaye ab white makhan aur butter mila de aur acche se pakaye (bich bich may chalatey rahe aur jaroorat ho toh thoda thoda pani bhi add kare)

Thodi der paka kar utar le aur bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de aur serve karne se pehle malai ya cream se garnish kare

Note:-

White butter na ho toh amul butter bhi dal saktey hai (namak kam add kare) aur tamatar ka paste thoda jyada dale (kyuki ghar ka butter halka khatta hota hai)

Is dal may butter dalney may kanjoosi na kare

Garma garam naan/ phulka/ tandoori roti ke sath serve kare
