Aloo Baingan Chokha


Litti Chokha or Bati Chokha is a speciality of Bihari cuisine. Litti is made from a dough of wheat flour and stuffed with sattu and some spices.

Aloo baingan chokha is great combination of smoked and spiced eggplant, potato and tomatoes.

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients:-

Aloo (boiled and mashed)- 3

Baingan (bada wala)- 1

Tamatar- 5

Hari mirch- 3-4

Garlic- 3 tsp (finely chopped)

Ginger- 1″ (kisa hua)

Namak

Mustard oil- 1 tbsp

Bareek kata hara dhaniya for garnishing

Method:-

Baingan aur tamatar ko gas par bhoon lijiye aur phir skin utar kar mash kar lijiye

Ab ek bowl may aloo tamatar aur baingan mix kar le.

Ek tadka pan may sarso tel garam kare usmay garlic, hari mirch aur adrakh dalkar sek le aur ise aloo aur baigan may mila de.

Ab namak aur bareek kata hara dhaniya mix kar de.
