Cupcake Idli


Mere bete ko roz kuch alag chahiye tiffin may aur is bahane woh sab chiz khana bhi sikh gaya hai… ­čśÇ­čśÇ­čśÇ

Aaj first time idli ko microwave may banakar dekha…. Toh socha kyu na Adi ko bhi khush kiya jaye bas phir kya tha idli ko naya roop de diya aur bana liya cupcake idli.

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

For idli:
1 cup – suji (rava/semolina)

2 tbsp- dahi (curd)

1 sachet (3/4 tsp)- Eno (fruit salt)

Salt

For Tempering:-

Oil- 1 tsp

Curry patta- 4-6 (roughly chopped)

Green chilies-2 finely chopped

Mustard seeds (rai/sarso)-1/4 tsp

Haldi- ek chutki

Lal mirch powder- ek chutki

Method:-

Suji may namak, dahi aur thoda pani milakar ghol (batter) ready kare aur dhak kar 1/2 ghanta rakh de.



Ab ismay eno mix karke ache se mila le (jaroort ho toh thoda pani aur mila le) batter aapka thoda hi thick ho

Ab inhe cupcake dish may pour kare (maine silicon mould use kiya hai)

Aur 3- 3 1/2 minutes ke liye microwave may full power par micro mode pe cook kare. Ab nikal kar do minute thanda kar le.

Ab upar se chownk lagaye aur dhaniya patti se garnish kare.

Chownk (tempering):-

Heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds and when it starts crackling add curry leaves, green chilies and saut├ę

Now switch off the flame and add haldi and lal mirch and immediately pour this on idlis.

Ab dhyan se idli ko mould se nikal le aur serve kare.
