Nariyal Patties 


Nariyal patties is a potato ball with three layers. Crispy potato patties stuffed with sweet-tangy coconut stuffing in the middle. And the inner layer is of green chutney. 

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

For potato covering:-

Boiled and mashed potatoes-  6 medium

Bread slices- 6

Salt

Garam masala-1/2 tsp

For coconut stuffing:-

Dessicated coconut (sukhe nariyal ka choora)- 2 cup

Tomato ketchup- 1 cup

For green chutney stuffing:-

Hara dhaniya- 1 bundle

Kaju- 3-4

Nimboo- 1

Salt

Black salt

Jeera- 1/2 tsp

Green chilli-5-6

Adrakh- 2″

Method:-

For potato covering:-

Bread ko pani may soak karke squeeze karke mashed potatoes may mix kar le aur sath hi namak aur garam masala dal kar ache se mila le.


For coconut stuffing:-

Ek bowl may nariyal choora aur sauce ko ache se mix kar le.


For green chutney stuffing:-

Mix all the ingredients and grind into a thick paste using less water.


Now make cutlets.

Sabse pehle hatheli pe nariyal wala masala phaila le aur uske bich may green chutney rakh kar ball shape de. See picture given below.


Ab allo masala hath may phalia le aur uske bich may nariyal wale ball rakh kar cover kare aur cutlet shape de. See picture given below.


Ab inhe deep fry kijye aur bich se cut karke green chutney aur tomato ketchup ke sath serve kare.
