Kulcha chole punjab ki famous dish hai Aaj mai yaha meri simple kulcha recipe share kar rahi hu jo mai gas tandoor may banti hu
Here goes the recipeÂ
Ingredients
For stuffing:-
Aloo (boiled & chopped)- 2
Carrot- 1/2 finely chopped
Capsicum- 1/2 finely chopped
Peas- 1/2 cup
Paneer (cut into small cubes)- 1/2 cup
Cauliflower- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Onion- 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger- garlic- green chilli paste- 2-3 tsps
Salt to taste
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp (as per your taste)
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Ghee/ oil
For dough
Maida- 250 gm
Dahi- 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1 tsp
Soda- 1/2 tsp
Method:-
Dough:
Mix all the ingredients and add sufficient lukewarm water and make soft dough
Now cover it and keep aside for 30 min.
Stuffing:-
Kadai may oil garam kare usmay ginger garlic paste dalkar sek le
Ab paneer aur aloo chorkar sari sabjiya dale aur paka le
Ab last may aloo, paneer, namak, garam masala aur kaali mirch mila kar kuch der aur seke
Utar kar thanda kar le
Kulcha:-
Ek chota portion le dough ka aur uski ek choti roti bel le
Ab bich may stuffing bhar kar halke hath se bel kar thodi moti roti bana le
Ab preheated gas tandoor ki jali par dale aur dhak kar thodi aanch kam karke seke
Jab ek side seek jaye tab palat klar dusra side bhi seke
Pre Heating Tandoor
Tez aanch par tandoor ko (with cover/ dhakkan) 10 min garam kare
Jab dono side ache se seek jaye tab utar kar butter lagaye aur cut karke serve kare
Aap kulcha ko breakfast aur main course dono may serve kar saktey hai
