Fruit Tokri

With the goodness of fruits and cottage cheese here I present you my own innovation “Fruit Tokri”

The base is made up of white bread. It is sweet and salty in taste.

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

White/ Brown Bread- 6 slices

Kiwi (cut into semi circle)- 1

Anar (pomegranate)- 1 cup

Chenna/crumbled paneer- 1 cup

Salt

Lal mirch powder- as per your taste (optional)

Low fat Butter (melted)- optional

Method 

Bread ke corners ko halke hath se bel le aur katori may place kare (fold karte hua shape de)

Aur usko bake kare

Mainey cooker may bake kiya hai aap chaho toh oven ya microwave may bake kar sakte hai

Ab bake karne ke baad aapki tokri ready hai
Ab isko nikal le aur andar butter laga le (aap honey/ jam bhi laga sakte hai)

Chenna fill kare ab salt and red chilli pwd sprinkle kare

Upar se anar dale aur sides may kiwi ke slices arrange kar de

Your fruit tokri is ready ūüėÄūüėÄūüėÄ


Note:

Maine Cooker may banaya hai:
Cooker may ring rakhe aur bina siti lagaye dhakan band kar ke pehle tez aanch pe preheat kare 10 minutes

Ab baking dish ko plate may rakh kar ring ke upar rakh de aur bina siti dhakan band kar de aur tez aanch par dus minute bake kar le

Oven:-

Preheat for 10 minutes

Temperature- 180 degrees

Bake for 2-3 minutes of until the bread turns light brown (crisp)
