Paneer Lababdar

Sabji bina mirchi ki hai isliye colour thoda alag hai 😝😝😝😝

Bana toh li hu acchi bhi ban gayi haiPar phir bhi samaz nahi aaya ki ismay aisa kya difference hai jo iska naam lababdar hai 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Paneer- 250- 300 gms

Onion- 2 big (chopped)

Tomatoes- 2 finely chopped

Green chillies- 2

Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp (optional)

Kasoori methi/ Dry fenugreek leaves- 2-3 tbsps

Garam masala- 1.5 tsp

Haldi- 3/4 tsp

Tomato ketchup- 2-3 tbsp

Malai- 1 cup

Jeera- 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Lal mirch powder- 1/2 tsp

Oil/ ghee- 2 tbsp

For garnishing

Malai- 2-3 tbsp (beaten)

Finely chopped coriander

Note:-

Mainey sabji bina mirchi ki banayi hai

Method

Paneer ko bade bade par thode patle pieces may cut karke kuch der garam pani may rakhe

(Isse paneer soft ho jaata hai plus saff bhi)

Kadai may ghee garam kare aur jeera dale

Ab ismay pyaz dalkar pink hone tak seke (add green chillies and garlic paste along with onion)

Ab ismay tamatar, kasoori methi, lal mirch, haldi, garam masala aur thoda sa pani dal kar kuch der seke

Jab tamatar ekdum soft ho jaye tab aanch par se utar kar thand kare aur smooth paste bana le

Wapas Kadai may dale sath hi thoda sa pani, namak, tomato ketchup, malai dalkar gravy thodi thick hone tak pakaye

Ab paneer dale aur 2-3 ubal de kar utar le

Garnish it with cream and chopped coriander
