PalaK Corn/ Corn Palak

For dinner tonight “Palak Corn”


Palak Corn

Here goes the recipe 


2 bundles- chopped spinach (palak)

1 cup- sweetcorn (boiled/ frozen)

2-3 green chillies


2-3 cloves garlic

1-2 medium sized onions

1/2 tsp- sugar

1 tsp- kitchen king masala

1/4 cup milk



Blanch the spinach in a vesselful of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Drain it and keep aside to cool for sometime.

Blend in a mixer with milk nd green chillies to a smooth purée and keep aside.

Make a paste of onions and garlic.

Now heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onion paste and sauté on a medium flame till it leaves oil.

Now add the palak puree and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 -3 minutes.

Now add salt , kitchen king masala, sugar and sweetcorn and cover it for 2-3 minutes.

Ready to serve….. Njoyyyy
