Mughlai Gobhi

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Gobhi/ cauliflower- 1/2 kg (cut into big pieces)

Make a smooth paste:-

Onion- 2-3

Tomato- 2

Ginger- 2-3″

Green chillies- 2-3

Other Ingredients

Salt to taste

Haldi- 3/4 tsp

Dhaniya powder- 2 tsp

Garam masala- 2 tsp

Lal mirch- 2 tsp

Tez patta- 2

Laung elaichi powder- 1-2 chutkey (optional)

Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp

Kasoori methi- 2-3 tsp

Dahi- 1/2 cup

Malai- 1/2 cup

Tomato ketchup- 1-1.5 tbsp

Oil

Method

Gobhi ko deep fry karke rakh le (jyada crispy na kare)

Kadai may oil garam aur tez patta dale

Ab ismay pyaz- tamatar wala paste dalkar oil chorne tak seke

Ab sare masaley add kare aur thoda sa pani bhi dal kar kuch der seke aur tomato ketchup add kare

Ab dahi aur malai add karke pakaye jab tak oil na chore

Ab last may gobhi dale aur halke hath se mix kare aur kuch der dhak de. Sara oil separate ho jayega

Phulka, rice aur dal ke sath mughlai gobhi ka maza le
