Pehli bar Sarso Ka Saag bananey jaa rahi hu 😃😃😃….. of course feeling excited 😀😀

Pura bacchpan mummy aur maa (dadi) ke hath ka bana saag khaakar nikal gaya par kabhi seekha hi nahi

Shaadi ke baad…. yaha kisi ko nahi pasand isliye phir nahi seekha

Par aaj toh dimaag jaise zid pe adda hai ki banana hi hai

Mummy ko phone karke recipe li aur kamra kass liya

Sari taiyari ho chuki…. bole toh teer kaman se nikal chuka 😜😜😜

Bhaji boil hone chadha di hai

Ab shaam tak kaisa bankar ready hoga ye toh waqt hi batayega 😝😝😝😝

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Sarso bhaji- 1/2 kg

Palak- 250 gm

Bathua bhaji- 125 gms

Other Ingredients

Makki aata (yellow wala)- 2 tbsp

Ghee

Jeera- 1/2 tsp

Hing- 1 chutkey

Tez patta- 1-2

Ginger- garlic paste- 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Lal mirch powder- 1/4 tsp

Method

Sab bhaji ko dhookar cooker may dale sath may  5-7 hari mirch aur pani phir cooker band karke 2 siti lagaye

Jab sarso bhaji ubal jaye usko chaan kar extra pani thoda daba kar nikal de

Ab makki aata mila kar pis le

Kadai may ghee garam kare aur jeera, hing, tez patta dale

Ab ismay ginger garlic paste dalkar seke

Ab sarso bhaji, namak aur lal mirch dale aur khub ache se seke bich bich may chalatey rahe aur agar jaroorat ho toh thoda sa pani dale

Serve karte time thoda ghee ya white butter dalkar garam kare aur serve kare

 

garma garam makkey ki roti ke sath serve kare
