Matar Kachori 



Matar Kachori bananey may bahut easy hoti hai. Ye maide se banti hai jismay matar ka masala stuff kiya jaata hai. Aur deep fry kiya jaata hai.

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

For kachori dough:-

Maida- 250 gms

Oil (for moyan)- 1 tsp

Namak

For matar stuffing:-

Matar (crushed)- 1 cup

Green chillies- 2 (finely chopped)

Jeera- 1/4 tsp

Lal mirch- 1/2 tsp

Namak

Garam masala- 1/4 tsp

Amchur- 1/4 tsp or less

Oil

Method 

For dough:-

Mix all the ingredients and add little milk or water and make a soft dough

For Stuffing:-

Kadai may oil garam kare

Matar dale aur seke jab tak matar kadai may chipakna na chor de

Ab ismay sare masala aur hari mirch mila kar saute kare aur thanda kar le

For making kachori:-

Maide ka ek chota portion le aur hath se phaila le aur stuffing bhar kar pack kare

Ab ise halka sa bel/roll kare aur deep fry kar le

Crispy hone tak

Goes best with Aloo sabji or Aloo Petha/Makhna/Kaddu/Pumpkin sabji
