Onion- 1 finely chopped
Boiled potatoe- 1 small (finely chopped)
Khakra (make in patti/ strips shape)
Dahi
Imli chutney
Namak
Lal mirch
Black salt
Bhuna jeera powder
Bareek kata hara dhaniya
MethodÂ
Ek bowl may moong chana, aloo, pyaz, namak, kaala namak, lal mirch mix kar lijiye
Serving dish may sabse pehle sprouts daliye uske upar dahi ki ek layer
Ab bhuna jeera powder sprinkle kar dijiye
Uske upar imli chutney daliye (thodi si) aur bareek kata hara dhaniya dalkar side may khakra strips laga kar serve kare
