Roasted Makhana (Lotus Seeds)


Taal makhana/ Lotus seeds khaaney may jitna tasty hota hai utne hi jyada iske health benefits hai 

Sath hi sath isse kai dishes bana saktey hai aap…. like main course ke liye sabji, dal etc. toh snacks ke liye ise roast kar liyijye aur flavours add kar liye ya phir iski kheer bana li 😀😀😀

Roasted Makhana 

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

1st flavour 

Taal makhana- 1 bada bowl

Rock Salt/ normal salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Oil/ ghee- 1 tsp

Method 

Kadai may oil/ ghee dale aur makhana dal kar crispy hone tak seke (lagataar chalatey rahe)

Crispy ho gaya hai ye check karne ke liye ek makhana ko daba kar dekhe agar chura ho jaye toh ye sek gaye hai

Jab crispy ho jaye tab ismay namak aur black pepper add kare aur do min seke aur utar le
