Kesar Elaichi Cake

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Maida- 1.5 cup

Baking Powder- 1.5 tsp

Baking Soda – 1 pinch

Sugar (granulated)- 1 cup

Milk- 3/4 cup (lukewarm)

Butter- 2 tbsp

Vanilla essence- 2 tsp

Elaichi essence- 1/4 tsp

Rose essence- 1/4 tsp

Curd- 1/3 cup

(You can replace curd with 100 ml condensed milk- if you are using condensed milk then use 1/2 cup sugar only)

Dry Rose Petals- 1.5 tbsp

Badam- 2 tbsp (chopped)

Pista (unsalted)- 2 tbsp (chopped)

Kesar- few strands

Other Ingredients

Milk- 2 tbsp

Butter- for greasing

Maida- for dusting

Method

Maida, baking powder aur baking soda ko one by one chaan le aur mix karle

Kesar ko 2 tbsp lukewarm milk may kuch der bheega kar rakhe (5-10 min)

Ek bowl may dahi aur sugar ko mix kare aur creamy texture aaney tak beat kare ab butter add karke kuch der aur beat kare

Ab rose essence, vanilla essence aur elaichi essence dahi wale mixture may mix kare

Ab thoda thoda maida wala mixture aur milk add kartey jaye acche se mix kare (ek hi direction may mix kare) aur dhyan rakhe ki lumps na padey

Last may thodey se dry fruits aur rose petals ko batter may mix kare

Note:- batter flowing consistency ka hona chahiye

Isliye milk ki quantity kam ya jyada bhi ho sakti hai

Pre heat oven for 10 minutes in 180 degrees

Ab batter ko greased cake mould may dale aur bache hue nuts aur rose petals ko upare se garnish kare aur preheated oven may 35 minutes ke liye bake kare

Notes:-

Baking time kam ya jyada ho sakta hai depending upon your oven or thickness of cake
