Kulcha


Kulcha waise toh maide se banta hai par kyuki mere Ladoo ko ye bahut pasand isliye mai ise thoda gehu aata mix karke banati hu.

Ye ek Punjabi dish hai jise chole ke sath serve kiya jaata hai par yaha aaj mai ise Jhojha (Tomato Chutney) ke sath serve ki hu 😀😀😀

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients:-

For stuffing:-

Aloo(boiled & chopped)-2

Carrot-1/2 finely chopped

Capsicum-1/2 finely chopped

Peas- 1/2 cup

Paneer (cut into small cubes)-1/2 cup

Cauliflower-1/2 cup (finely chopped)

Onion-2 (finely chopped)

Ginger- garlic- green chilli paste- 2-3 tsps

Salt

Black pepper

Ghee/ oil


For Dough:-

Aata(gehu)- 1 cup

Maida- 1 cup

Salt

Oil-1 tsp

Method:-

For Dough:- 

Mix all the ingredients and add sufficient water and make soft dough

For Stuffing:-

Kadai may oil garam kare usmay ginger garlic paste dalkar sek le

Ab paneer aur aloo chorkar sari sabjiya dale aur paka le

Ab last may aloo, paneer, namak aur kaali mirch mila kar kuch der aur seke
Utar kar thanda kar le

For Kulcha:-

Ek bada portion le dough ka aur uski ek choti roti bel le

Ab bich may stuffing bhar kar halke hath se bel kar thodi moti roti bana le
Ab tave par ghee laga kar kam aanch par karara hone tak seke
Garma garam kulcha ko jhojha, dahi, chutney, onion salad aur butter ke sath enjoy kare
