Gatte ki Sabji

Rajasthani Cuisine ki famous dish “Gatta”

One of my favourite dish

Gatta besan se banta hai jismay kuch spices add karke dough ready kiya jata hai phir boil karke iski sabji banayi jati hai dahi mila kar

Kuch log ismay dahi ke sath sath pyaz aur tamatar bhi add karte hai ūüėÄūüėÄūüėÄ

 

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Gatta bananey ke liye

1 cup besan

1-2 tsp oil

Namak

Ajwain- 2 chutkey

Lal mirch thodi si

Method

Besan may ye sab mix karke pani ka bas chita dete hue aata lagaye (dhyan rahe pani jyada na ho)

Ab iske patle lambe stick bana kar cut kar le chota chota aur ublate pani may namak haldi dale aur gatte dalkar pakaye

Other Ingredients

Dahi (thandi)- 1.5- 2 cups

For Tempering

Oil- 2 tsp

Hing- 1/4 tsp

Laung- 2-3

Tez Patta- 2

Jeera- 1/2 tsp

Lal mirch powder- 3/4 tsp (as per your taste)

Method 

Gatte jab boil ho jaye toh uska pani nahi channa hai usi may dahi chaan ke mix karde lagatar kam aanch par halke haath se chalana nahi toh dahi fatt jayegi (dahi thandi le)

Oil garm karke usmay jeera, hing, laung aur tez patta dale

Jab tadak jaye ismay lal mirch pwd dale aur thoda sa pani dalkar gatte may mila de
