Curd Sandwich 


Curd Sandwich is a very healthy and easy to make breakfast 

The curd or dahi is used as spread along with spices and then topped with veggies 

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Hung curd- 1 cup (dahi ka chakka)

Onion- 2 medium finely chopped

Capsicum- 1 small finely chopped

Green chilies- 1 finely chopped

Coriander- finely chopped

Salt

Black pepper

Brown bread
(For one sandwich you need 2 slices)

Method 

For hung curd:-

Dahi ko chalni ke upar dheere se dale aur use kisi bade bartan ke upar rakh de ab is pure setup ko utha kar fridge may rakh de raat bhar subah ready hai





Ek bowl may hung curd, pyaz, shimlamirch, hari mirch aur bareek kata hara dhaniya mila le ab namak aur black pepper mix kar le

Bread ke do slices ke bich ye curd wala masala lagaye (thodi moti layer) aur halke hatho se tave par dale aur palat palat kar seke ekdum crispy hone tak
(Daba daba kar na seke)

Jab ache se sik jaye tab utar kar cut kare aur green chutney ke sath serve kare
