Sambhar Bada


Meri life ka pehla sambhar bada 😀😀😀

Khaaya toh kai bar hai par banaya first time 😁😁😁

Pehle dar tha ki pata nahi sahi ban bhi payega ya nahi par sach may bahut easy hai

Sambhar bada ke liye jo bade bantey hai woh udad dal se banta hai jisko deep fry karke sambhar may dip karke khaaya jaata hai with nariyal chutney 😀😀

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

For bada

3 glass udad dal

1 glass chawal

Method 

3-4 hours bheega (soak)  kar thoda thick paste bana le adding water

Jitna ek bar may fry karna ho utna batter ek bowl may le usmay namak aur bareek kata hara dhaniya milaye

Ache se mix karle
Hath ko gila kar le aur batter ko hath may spread kare aur bich may ghadha kare(well banaye) means sambhar bada ka shape de

Ab ise deep fry kar le

For Shape:- 


Sambhar bada ke liye bade ready hai

Ingredients 

For sambhar 

1 cup Arhar dal

1 cup Veggies (gajar, lauki, pumpkin etc)

Make a paste (dardara/ coarsely grind)
3 bade tamatar, 1 bada tokda adrakh, 3-4 hari mirch, 8-10 curry patta

Sabko mila kar thoda mota mota pis le

Method

Dal dhookar cooker may dale sath may sari sabjiya kati hui, tamatar wala paste, salt, black salt, 1/4 tsp haldi aur 3 cup pani

2-3 siti lagaye

Ab thoda sa oil garam kare usmay thodi si sarso(kaali) jab tadak jaye tab 2-4 curry patta lal mirch powder (1 1/2 tsp), 2 tsp sambhar masala dale aur thoda sa pani mil de ab sabhar may mila de thodi si kaal mirch aur thoda sa imli paste/ sauce mila de thoda garam karle aur bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de

Ready


Ingredients 

For Nariyal chutney 

1 nariyar (pieces kiya hua aur aap chaho toh chil kar piece karle)

2-3 tbsp bhuni chana daal
2-3 hari mirch

1 tokda adrakh
4-5 curry patta
1/2 tsp chini
Salt

Method 

Sabko mila kar pis le

Ab chutney may chounk lagaye

Thoda sa tail garam kare ismay rai/ sarso dale kuch curry patta dale jab tadak jaye tab chutney may ye chounk mila de

Ab chutney may aap apni pasand se thodi si dahi ya nimboo ras add kar le
Aap chaho toh piste time hi dahi ya nimboo dal sakte hai

Aap ko agar pasand ho toh aap dhaniya patti bhi piste time add kar sakte hai sath hi 1-2 cloves garlic bhi dalne se acha taste aata hai
