Kuch mahino pehle jab mai maikey gayi thi tab papa ney mujhse pucha ki kya tumko karonda ka achar banana aata hai????

Jab aaj papa ke liye achar bheja toh papa bahut khush hue aur jab mai puchi ki kaisa bana hai papa sab sahi sahi hai ya kuch kami besi…. tab papa bole ekdum perfect 👌🏻 aur mai taste kiya toh bahut badhiya bana hai 😀😀😀

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Karonda- 250 gm

Hari mirch- 50 gm

Salt- 3 tsp

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Sarso (yellow wali)- 1/2 katori

Lal mirch- 3-4 tsp

Methi dana (crush kiya hua)- 3/4 tsp

Hing- 1/4 tsp

Saunff (crush ki hui)- 1/4 katori

Mustard oil- 1 cup

Method

Karonda ko saff karke (dhookar aur danthal nikal le aur sukha le) lengthwise cut kare (do tukda) aur seed nikal de

Hari Mirch ko dhookar sukha le aur uske tukdey kar le

Mustard oil garam kare (upto smoking point) phir thanda hone de

Jab oil gunguna reh jaye tab hing dale aur kuch seconds ke baad haldi followed by saunff, sarso dal, methi dana aur lal mirch

Acche se mix kar le

Ek bowl may karonda aur hari mirchi mix kar le

Jab oil pura thanda ho jaye tab namak add kare (ya phir karonda may mila le)

Ab sara masala acche se mix karke karonda aur mirchi may mila de

Ek airtight container may dale

Do din baad consume kare

In do din 2-3 bar hilakar ache se mix kartey rahe

Agar saal bhar ke liye banana ho toh mustard oil thoda jyada dale (itna ki achar pura oil ke andar dhoba hua ho means achar ke upar ache se mustard oil bhara hua ho)

Extra mustard oil aap do teen dino ke baad hi dale

Is achar ko aap agar fridge may rakhey toh iska kararapan khatam nahi hoga

Isko aap fridge ke bahar store bhi store kar saktey hai
