Moong Dal Toast

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients:-

Yellow Moong dal- 1 cup

Green chutney

Salt to taste

Tomato ketchup

Processed Cheese- 3 cubes (grated)

Bread– 10 slices white/ brown koi bhi le sakte hai (maine white bread use ki hai)

Oil for deep frying

Method

Moong dal ko ache se dhoo kar 2-3 hours soak karke rakhe aur baad may chaan kar iska smooth paste bana le

Ab ismay namak mila le

 

 

Cheese ko kis (grate) le

Bread slices ko aap apni pasand ke according kisi bhi shape may cut kar le

Mainey katori se cut karke round shape kiya hai

 

Bread slices pe ek side moong dal ka paste lagaye

Ab ek kadai may oil garam kare (for deep frying)

(aap chahey toh inhe shallow fry ya phir tave par halka sa oil laga kar sek bhi saktey hai)

Jis side dal ka paste lagaya hai us side ko niche rakhna hai (dal wala side pehle tal.le)

 

Ab inhe plate may arrange kare aur uspe green chutney, tomato sauce aur grated cheese lagaye

 

Inhe garma garam serve kare shaam ki chai ya soup ke sath
