Green Chutney is an all time favourite accompaniment in every Indian regional cuisine.It is present in almost every Indian meal and add its own refreshing flavour to any food that it is paired with.
Here goes the recipe
Ingredients
Hara dhaniya- 1 bundle
Garlic- 4-5 cloves
Hari mirch- 4-6
Adrakh- 2-3″
Lemon juice- 1 lemon
Salt
Method
Wash coriander, chillies, ginger
In a mixer grinder add all ingredients and add a little amount of water
Grind it
Chutney is ready
You can store this chutney for 2-4 days in fridge
