Baingan Bharta | Desi Style | Made on Meeti ka Chulha

Baingan ka Bharta baingan, tamatar aur garlic ko bhoonkar mash karke banta hai

Ise aap dal chawal ke sath ya roti ke sath serve kar saktey hai

Ye taste may spicy hota hai aur agar aap ise desi tarike matlab meeti ke chulhe par bhoonkar banaye toh iska jo smokey flavour aata hai woh bahut hi laa jawab hota hai

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Baingan- 2-3 bade wale (dark purple wale le)

Tamatar- 3-4

Hari mirch- 4-6 (as per your taste)

Garlic- 6-7 cloves

Pyaz- 2 big (finely chopped)

Hara dhaniya- 1/2 cup roughly chopped

Mustard oil- 2-3 tbsps

Salt to taste

Red chilli powder- 1 tsp

Garam masala- 1/4 tsp

Bhoona jeera powder- 1 tsp

Method

Aag may baingan, tamatar aur garlic ko bhoon le

Ab baingan, garlic aur tamatar ka chilka utar lijiye

Ab tamatar, hari mirch, garlic, hara dhaniya mila kar sil par mota mota pis lijiye

Baingan ko ache se mash kar lijiye

Ab chulhey may meeti ke bartan ko garam kijiye (mainey chota sa matka use kiya hai)

Jab bartan garam ho jaye usmay mustard oil dale

Oil garam hone ke baad usmay bhoona jeera powder aur garam masala dale aur phir pyaz dal de

Jab pyaz seek jaye (pink hone lage) tab baingan dale

Do min baad tamatar wala paste add kare aur oil chorne tak seke

Ab ismay namak aur lal mirch mila de aur kuch der aur pakaye

Bich bich may chalatey rahe

Note:-

Jinke pass desi chulheyna ho woh gas par bhi bhoonkar bana saktey hai…. bas smokey flavour nahi aata utna
