Torai/ toori/ turai


For today’s lunch 

Simple and tasty 

Toori

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Turai- 1/2 kg

Salt to taste (use less salt)

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Dhaniya powder- 1 tsp

Oil- 1 tsp

Jeera- 1/4 tsp

Green chillies- 2-3 finely chopped

Method 

Turai ko chilkar dhoo le

Ab ise cut kar le sath hi hari mirch bhi cut karke dal le

Kadai may oil garam kare

Jeera dale

Jab jeera seek jaye tab turai dal de aur mix kare

Ab ismay haldi aur thoda sa namak dale aur acche se mix kare

Ab kuch dhak kar pakaye

Jab turai soft ho jaye tab dhaniya powder mila de aur agar jaroorat ho toh pani add kare

2-4 min dhak kar pakaye phir utar le
