Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Lal mirch- 1 kg (dhoo kar pooch le aur bich se cut karle bharne ke liye)

Salt- 200 gms

Rai- 1/2 katori (50-60 gms)

Saunf- 1/2 katori

Hing- 1/4 tsp

Ajwain- 2 tsp

Methi dana- 2 tsp

Kala jeera/ kalunji- 1 tsp

Lal mirch pwd- 1 – 1 1/2 tsp

Pili sarso- 1/2 katori

Nimboo- 5

Sarso tail- 1/2 katori

Method

Namak chor kar sare masale pis le aur uske baad sarso tail aur namak mila le

Ab is masale ko mirchi may bhar de

Ab upar se nimboo ras dale

Ab isse airtight container may store kar le (pure saal/year agar ise fresh rakhna ho toh fridge may store kare)

2-4 dino may mirchi pani (ras) chor degi
