Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Paneer- 150 gms (grated)

Capsicum- 2-3 tbsp finely chopped

Carrot- 2-3 tbsp finely chopped

Sweetcorn- 1/2 cup boiled

Hara dhaniya thoda sa (finely chopped)

Salt to taste

Black pepper as per your taste

Malai- 2-3 tsps

Bread

Butter

Method

Ek bowl may sare ingredients (bread aur butter chorkar) mix kijiye

Note: 

Aap malai ko stuffing may mix karne ki jagah bread slices pe bhi laga sakte hai

Bread slices ke brown portion ko cut karke remove kar de

Apply malai (if you are not adding it to stuffing) on 2 bread slices

Ab ek slice pe stuffing spread kare aur dusri se cover karke halka sa press kare

Ab butter laga kar tave par sek le aur apni pasand ke shape may cut karke tomato ketchup ke sath serve kare
