Bread Pakoda India ka famous street food hai

Bread may aloo ke chatpatey masaley ki stuffing karke besan batter may dip karke deep fry kiya jata hai

Kuch log ismay green chutney aur tomato ketchup ki layers bhi lagatey haiHere goes the recipe

Ingredients

Aloo ka masala- 4 aloo ka

Bread slices- 6-8

Oil for deep frying

For besan batter:-

Besan- 1-1.5 cup

Soda- 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Lukewarm oil- 2-3 tsps (moyan)

For besan batter:-

Ek bowl may batter ke sare ingredients add kare aur pani milakar halka thick batter ready kare

Bread ke ek slice pe aloo masala spread kare

Ab dusri slice se cover karke halke se daba de

Ab agar bread slices jyada badi ho toh unhe cut kar le (aap fry karne ke baad bhi cut kar saktey hai)

Ab bread sandwiches ko ek ek karke besan batter may acche se lapetey aur halke tez garam oil may deep fry kare (oil bahut jyada garam na ho nahi toh pakodey andar se kacche reh jayege)

Inhe palat palat kar fry kare taki evenly fry ho jaye

Ab inhe nikal kar tissue paper may nikal le aur green chutney aur meethi chutney ke sath serve kare
