Gavarfali Papad ki Sabji


A very nice and yummy sabji with the strong flavour of curd and papad. Here is a simple preparation of  cluster beans with common ingredients. Enjoy !!

Here is the recipe:-

Ingredients:-

Gavarfali- 250 gms

Curd- 1 cup

Moong papad- 3-4

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Salt

Lal mirch powder- 1 tsp

Hing- 1/4 tsp

Oil- 1 tsp

Ajwain- 1/4 tsp

Method:-

Gavarfali ko ache se wash karke bade pieces may cut kar le. Ab ise cooker may dale sath hi thoda sa pani dale aur cooker band karke ek siti lagaye.

Papad ko bade bade pieces may toad le.

Kadai may oil garam kare aur ajwain dale. Jab ajwain tadakne lage tab hing dale.

Ab ismay boil ki hui gavarfali add kare aur ache se mix karle.

Papad, haldi aur lal mirch mila de aur thoda sa pani bhi add kar de.

Ab dahi mila de aur lagatar chalate rahe nahi toh dahi phatt jayegi.

Jab gravy thick ho jaye tab utar le aur bareek kata hara dhaniya milaye.

Garam garam phulka ke sath serve kare.
