Bread Pakoda (khatta- meetha)


Waise toh bread pakoda bread slices ke bich may aloo ka masala bharke phir besan ke batter may dip karke deep fry kiya jaata hai….. par aaj mai yaha ek different aur unique recipe aapke sath share karne jaa rahi hu 😀😀😀

Is bread pakoda ka taste khatta meetha hai aur ismay aloo masala bhi stuff nahi kiya hai 

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Bread- 3 slices
Green chutney
Mixed fruit jam

Besan ka batter(ghol):-

Besan- 1 cup
Ajwain-1 pinch
Salt
Soda-1 pinch
Lukewarm oil-1 tsp

Method 

For besan batter 

Sabko mix karke pani mila kar halka thick batter bana le

(Consistency- milkmaid jaise)

Ise bananey ka do tarika hai

Option 1 (to make sandwich)

Bread ke ek slice pe green chutney lagaye aur ek slice pe jam aur third slice plain rahegi

Ab in teeno ko ek ke upar ek rakhe (see in image)

Option 2 (to make sandwich)

Bread ke ek slice ko four equal parts may cut kare (aap triangle shape bhi kar sakte hai)

Ab ismay se ek part ko side kar de

Baki ke teen hisso may same upar wale procedure se green chutney aur sauce lagaye

(Extra wala part dusre sandwich may kaam le)

Ab teeno slices ko ek ke upar ek rakh de (green chutney wali ke upar jam wali uske upar plain) aur halka sa press kar de

Ab bread ko besan ke batter may dip kare

Ab ise garam oil may deep fry kare (oil bahut jyada garam na ho nahi toh andar se kaccha reh jayega)

Jab ek side fry ho jaye tab dheere se palat de aur dusri side se bhi fry kar le (bich may aanch/ flame ko kam jyada karke oil ka temperature balance kare)

Ache se fry ho jaye uske baad nikal kar tissue paper may rakhe

Cut kare aur serve kare green chutney, lal chutney ya sauce ke sath
