Veg Manchurian 

Veg Manchurian is a tasty Indo- chinese dish made up of deep fried mixed vegetable balls in a soya sauce based gravy

Here goes the recipe 


For balls:-

1 small- Cauliflower finely chopped

1 medium- onion finely choose

1 small- capsicum finely chopped

1/4 cup- beans finely chopped

1/4 cup- carrot finely chopped

1 tsp- garlic paste


2 tsp- tomato sauce

1 tsp or as per taste- chilly sauce

3-4 drops- vinegar

4-5 drops- soya sauce

5-6 tsps- cornflour pwd

Few drops of Red orange food colour


Ingredients for gravy

1-1 small- finely chopped onion and capsicum

1 tsp- garlic paste

2-3 tsp- tomato sauce

1-2 tsp- chilly sauce

2-3 drops- vinegar

2-3 drops- soya sauce

2-3 tsp- cornflour pwd (mix it with 1/2cup of water and make a paste)



Method for making balls:

Mix all the vegetables and add salt wait for 5-10 minutes now remove extra water by squeezing it. Now add garlic, cornflour, red orange colour and sauces and a little salt. Mix well. Now make balls and deep fry it and keep aside.

Method for the gravy:

Heat oil in a pan add garlic paste sauté for 1-2 minutes and add onion and capsicum and again sauté for 2 minutes. Now add sauces and cornflour paste, salt and add water as per your desire thickness. Gravy is ready.

Now just before serving heat the gravy add manchurian balls in it and mix well heat it for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
