Mere Ladoo ka ek aur favourite dish ☺️☺️☺️
Ye ek aisa snacks hai jo aap dieting may bhi khaa sakte hai…. haanji ye diet food may aata hai.
Paneer tikka is a very healthy snacks made by marinating paneer cubes, onion, tomatoes and capsicum in hung curd with some spices which make the dish totally mouthwatering 😋😋😋😋
Here goes the recipe
250ml of Hung curd
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ginger, Green chillies & Garlic paste
1tbsp Mustard oil
2tbsp Fresh lime juice
1tsp of Garam masala
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2tsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
500 g Paneer (cut into cubes)
1 big Capsicum (cut into 1 inch pieces)
2 Onions (cut into 1″ pieces)
2 Tomatoes (cut into 1″ pieces)
Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chilli pwd, garam masala, mustard oil and lemon juice to hung curd and mix well. Your marinade is ready.
Cut veggies and paneer into cubes and in equal size.
Now add paneer, capsicum, onion and tomatoes into marinade and gently mix them. All the pieces should be coated with marinade.
Now cover it with a plate and keep aside for at least 1/2 hour and for 3 hours if you are putting it inside the fridge.
After half an hour arrange the veggies and paneer pieces in a wooden stick/ skewers (you can also use metal sticks)
Now grill them on a non-stick griddle or oven(see notes given in the end of the recipe) from all the sides. Put some oil or ghee if needed. Grill from all the sides.
Serve with mint chutney.
If using an Oven: first of all preheat the oven and after that place the tikka sticks. And grill it for 10-12 mins than flip it and grill them again for 10-12 mins.
Temperature: 180 degree C
Time: 10 minutes for preheating & 10-20 mins for grilling.
