Bread Poha (Diet Special)



Bread Poha mera aur Ladoo ka favourite breakfast hai 😀😀😀

Aur ismay jo chahe sabjiya aap add kar sakte hai

Waise jyadatar may aloo aur pyaz ka hi banati hu 😋😋😋

 

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients 

1 small- capsicum bareek kata hua

1/2 cup patta gobhi (cabbage) bareek kata hua

2 medium- Pyaz (onion) bareek kata hua

3-4 green chilies bada bada kata hua

Salt

Lal mirch pwd(red chilli pwd)

Haldi(turmeric pwd)

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Sugar-1/2 tsp (optional)

Brown Bread- 10-12 slices cut into small pieces

Barik kata hua dhaniya patta

Oil

Curry patta- 5-7

Sarso( mustard seeds)- 1/2 tsp

Method 

Oil garam kare usmay sarso dale jab tadakne lage tab curry patta aur hari mirch dale.

Ab barik kata pyaz, capsicum aur cabbage dale jab sabjiya pakk jaye usmay thodi si haldi aur lal mirch powder mix kar

(Aap sabjiyo ko alag se microwave bhi kar saktey hai micro mode pe 2-3 min on high power)

Ab ismay bread ke pieces aur namak mix kare ache se mix karne ke baad ab ismay nimbo ras (thoda sa pani may mix karke) mix kare.

Ab agar bread jada hard ho toh thoda sa pani ka chita de.

Last may chini dale aur ache se mix karle.

Do teen min kam aanch par cook karke utar kar dhaniya patta se garnish kare.
Note: aap apni pasand ko sabziya like matar, gajar, gobhi etc bhi add kar sakte hai.
