Achar Ka Masala

Mai jab bhi chowki mirchi post karti hu tab har bar kai logo ney mujhse pucha ki achar ka masala kaise ready karte hai

Mai toh aam ke khattey achar se thoda sa masala nikal kar use karti hu kyuki aaye din mere ghar chowki mirchi banti hi hai

Isliye aaj aap sabke sath ye achar ke masaley ki basic recipe share kar rahi hu

Ye masala aap aam, mirchi, gajar etc ke achar bananey may use kar saktey hai ya phir kisi bhi achari sabji may iska istamal kar saktey hai like stuffed bhindi, chowki mirchi, baingan stuff karney may ya phir aloo ki sabji ko thoda chatpata bananey ke liye bhi

Aap ise banakar airtight container may dal kar store kar saktey hai for 4-5 months (bahar rakh saktey ho fridge may rakhney ki jaroorat nahi hai)Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Lal mirch powder- 1/2 cup

Haldi- 1/4 cup

Pilli sarso dal- 1 cup (dardara pisa hua)

Hing- 1 chutki

Saunff- 1/2 cup (dardara pisa hua)

Methi dana- 2 tsps (dardara pisa hua)

Mustard oil- 1.5 cup

Red Chilli Powder

Haldi

Methi Dana

Saunff

Pili Sarso Dal

Mustard Oil/ Sarso oil

Method

Pili sarso, saunff, methi dana ko ya toh alag alag dardara pis le ya ek sath milakar

Ab ek kadai may mustard oil garam kare thoda tez garam

Ab gas band kar de aur hing dale

1-2 second baad hi sare masaley ek sath dalde aur ache se mila de

Note-

Sirf is masale se pura achar ready nahi hota you will have to add some more ingredients

Agar masala jyada dry lage toh thoda aur oil halka garam karke dal de

Thanda karke airtight container may store kar le 4-5 month tak kharab nahi hota

Fridge may rakhney ki jaroorat nahi hai bahar bhi rakh saktey hai

Is masala se aap koi bhi achari sabji bhi bana sakte hai ya aam ka khatta achar bhi bana saktey hai 😀😀😀
