Plain Dosa

Crispy dosa sath may Nariyal chutney, Sambhar, Lal Chutney ūüėčūüėčūüėč

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

For dosa batter:-

Mota Chawal- 3 cups

Udad dal- 1 & 1/2 cup

Meethi dana- 1 tsp

Method

For dosa:-

Dal aur chawal ko dhoo kar bheega de 3-4 ghanto ke liye (agar jyada time na ho toh garam pani may 1.5- 2 hours bheega de) aur uske baad pani chaan kar usmay meethi dana milakar piss le (sath may aap chaho toh thoda adrakh hari mirch bhi dalkar piss sakte ho)

Ab ise dhak kar kisi garam jagah may fermentation ke liye rakh de raat bhar

Next morning ghol may namak mila de

Thoda sa ghol alag karke pani mila kar patla kar le aur nonstick tave par dosa (ekdum patla chilla) banaye aur crispy hone tak seke

Plain dosa ready
