Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

For bhaji:-

Veggies:

4 medium- boiled and mashed potatoes

2 onion finely chopped

1 large carrot finely chopped

1 big capsicum finely chopped

1 cup cabbage finely chopped

1/2 cup chopped cauliflower

1 medium- beetroot

1/2 cup boiled peas

15-18 garlic cloves

4 green chilies

2″ ginger

Make a thick paste:

4-5 big tomatoes

Masala:

1-2 tsp pav bhaji masala

2-3 tsp lal mirch pwd

Salt to taste

Butter- 4-5 tbsp

Note: either u can make a paste of ginger, garlic and chillies or u can finely chop it

Method

Kadai may butter garam karke adrak hari mirch aur garlic ko bhune ab sari veggies (aloo aur matar chorkar) dale aur thodi soft hone tak pakaye

Ab ise khali kar le

Kadai may butter garam kare usmay tamatar paste dale aur oil chorne tak seeke

Ab tamatar may pav bhaji masala aur lal mirch pwd add kare aur kuch der seeke aur pehle se seeke hui veggies aur matar add kar de aur kuch der pakaye

Aloo add karde

Thodi der seeke thoda oil chorne lag jayega tab ismay namak aur jaroorat ke hisab se pani mila kar do char min dhak kar kam aanch per seeke

Ab thoda butter add kare

Aur utar kar bareek kate dhaniya patti se garnish kare

Ready

Note: add beetroot for colour (grate it and add it with veggies)

Aaj mere pass beetroot nahi tha isliye bina uske banaya hai
