Here goes the recipe
Ingredients
For Kofta (8 small pieces)
Palak- 1 cup finely chopped
Potato- 1 medium (boiled and mashed)
Besan- 2-3 tbsps
Salt
Oil for deep frying
For Gravy
Onion- 1 big
Tomato- 2
Ginger- 2″
Green chillies-1-2
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1/2 tsp (optional)
Haldi- 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya- 2 tsps
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Kitchen king masala- 1 tsp
Tez patta- 2
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Dahi/ malai- 2 tsps
Method
For kofta
Ek bowl may aloo, palak, namak aur besan mila kar chote chote balls banaye (hath may pani laga kar banaye)
Ab ek plate may thoda sa sukha besan le aur balls ko usmay lapetle
Ab inhe garam oil may deep fry kar le
Mixer grinder may pyaz, tamatar, adrakh aur hari mirch dalkar fine paste banaye
Kadai may oil garam kare aur usmay jeera aur tez patta dale
Jab jeera seek jaye tab pyaz tamatar wala paste dal kar oil separate hone tak seke (bich bich may chalatey rahe)
Ab thoda sa pani dale aur sare masaley dal de
Kuch der sekney ke baad malai ya thodi si dahi dale aur 1-2 min paka kar pani dale (jitni thick gravy chahiye uske according)
Ab namak aur 1/2 tsp sugar add kare
Last may bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de
Note:- agar turant khaana ho toh kofta gravy may dale aur 2-3 min paka le aur agar baad may khaana ho toh koftey gravy may na dale
Jab khaana ho tab gravy ko tez garam kare aur 2-4 min Kofta dal kar ubal le phir serve kare
