Paneer Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is basically vegetarian version of egg bhurji 😜😜😜

Bananey may ekdum easy aur khaaney may bahut tasty 😋😋😋Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

Paneer- 200 gms

Onion- 3 (finely chopped)

Tomato- 2-3 finely chopped

Green chillies- 2-3 finely chopped

Coriander- finely chopped

Milk-1/2 cup

Masala:-

Salt to taste

Haldi- 1/2 tsp

Dhania powder- 1/2- 1 tsp

Garam masala- 1-2 pinch

Jeera- 1/4 tsp

Sugar-1/4 tsp (optional)

Oil-2-3 tsp

Method

Kadai may oil garam kare aur usmay hari mirch aur onion dale aur pink hone tak bhune

Ab ismay tamatar add kare aur tamatar galne tak seke

Ab sare masale (garam masala, namak aur chini chorkar) dale aur do min sek le

Ab thoda sa pani add kare taki masala jal na jaye

Add paneer and milk ache se mila le aur 2-4 min pakaye (tab tak milk thoda sukh na jaye)

Agar jaroorat ho toh thoda sa milk aur add kare

Ab bareek kata hara dhaniya mix kar le

Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve

Aap ise as a main course ya breakfast dono may serve kar saktey hai

Breakfast may aap chahe toh iski sandwich, bread wrap, kathi roll etc banakar ya toast ke sath bhi serve kar saktey hai
