Yaha ek restaurant may milta tha 3-4 saal pehle…. mujhe ati pasand tha 🙈🙈🙈

Jab bhi waha jaati yahi order karti 😁😁😁. Sab tang aa gaye thay isse khaa khaa ke par mai aaj bhi lalachti rehti hu 😂😂😂

Kuch time baad waha ke chef change ho gaye aur is sabji ka swad change ho gaya 😔😔😔

Par uske baad mainey bhi try kiya aur acha bhi ban gaya…. woh chef wali baat toh nahi hai par haan ab mai bhi bana leti hu aur khush bhi ho jaati hu 😀😀😀

Ye jo maze se khaa rahe hai n ye mere devar hai jisko mainey bakra bana liye 😜😜😜

Bhaiya- par bhabhi mai abhi toh bhar pet khaana khaaya hu 😳

Me- ek niwala khaa le n bhaiya please nahi toh video kaise banaungi 😭

Me- (mann may) fass gaya bakra 😹😹😹

😱😱😱 Aap sab jaa ke bhaiya ko ye sab (mere mann ki baat) bata mat dena 😷😷

Here goes the recipe:



Ingredient:

For 8 koftas :-

Cheese- 3 cubes grated (processed)

Boiled and mashed potatoes- 3 medium

Grated paneer- 100 gms

Green chillies-2 finely chopped

Coriander- finely chopped

Salt- 1/4 tsp

Cornflour- 2-3 tsps

(3-4 spoons extra for covering kofta/ lapetna)

For Gravy:-

Make a paste:-

Tomato- 3 medium

Onion-2 medium

Green chillies-2-3

Ginger-2-3″

Badam- 8-10

Sabko mila kar paste bana le

Other Ingredients :-

Garam masala-1/2 tsp

Dhaniya powder- 1 tsp

Lal mirch powder-2 tsp

Haldi- 3/4 tsp

Kitchen king masala- 2 tsp

Salt to taste

(Namak hisab se hi dale kyuki cheese se bhi kofta namkeen hoga)

Malai- 3/4 cup

Bareek kata hara dhaniya

Oil

Method:

For Kofta:

Mix all ingredients (except cheese)

Ab hath gila kar ke (oil/ water) aloo mixture ko hath pe fhaila le aur cheese bich may bhar kar pack kare

Ab kofta ko cornflour may lapet kar deep fry kar le

For Gravy:-

Kadai may oil garam kare aur usmay pyaz- tamatar wala paste dalkar bhune

 

Jab oil separate hone lage tab sare masale (namak chorkar) dale sath hi thoda sa pani bhi dale taki masala na jale (dheeme aanch par)

 

Ab jab phir se oil separate hone lage tab malai dalkar 1-2 minute pakaye

 

Ab namak dale sath hi thoda sa pani dal kar ubal le

 

Ab bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de
Gravy ready

Jab serve karna ho tab thoda sa pani mila kar gravy ko tez garam kare aur kuch der kofte ko usmay dip karke rakhe (1-2 minute)

 

Phir upar se halki si malai beat karke garnish kare

 

Serve hot with chapati and steamed rice
