Mughlai Paratha

Mere husband ka favourite Paratha

Mainey ye apni saas se banana sikha hai

Unke hatho jaisa swad toh nahi par kaam chal jaata hai ūüėĀūüėĀūüėĀ

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients

For dough

Maida- 250 gm

Salt to taste

Oil- 2 tsps (moyan)

Kalunji- 1-2 pinch (optional)

For stuffing

Onion- 3 finely chopped

Tomato- 2 large (finely chopped)

Green chillies- 2-3 finely chopped

Coriander

Salt to taste

Besan- 2-3 tsps

Malai- 1 tbsp (optional)

Other Ingredients:-

Butter

Method

For dough:-

Combine all ingredients and add sufficient water and kneed a soft dough

Cover it and keep aside for 15 minuets

For stuffing:-

Ek bowl may sare ingredients mix kar le

Ab dough ka thoda bada portion le aur uski roti bele (thodi patli)

Ab use ek side se halka halka sek le

Ab utar kar jo side seka hai uske upar stuffing spread kare aur fold karke halke hath se joint ko press kare

Ab tave pe seke butter laga ke (dheeme aanch pe)

Palat palat kar seke taki har taraf se achhe se sik jaye

Apni pasand ke achar/ chutney/ dahi/ raita ke sath serve kare
