Malai Kofta

Malai kofta Papa(mere sasur) ka favourite dish hai woh bhi mai banaungi tabhi pasand aata hai kisi aur ke hath ka bana nahi 

Aaj pehli bar aisa hua hai ki mela sona baccha ghar ki bani malai kofta ko bade hi aaram aur pyar se khaa liya 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Jab pehla niwala khaane ke baad usney muh se hmmmm aur 😋😋😋 aisa kiya toh mai sabse pehle sabji taste ki 😂😂😂

Aur uski taraf aise dekh rahi thi 🤗🤗🤗

Here goes the recipe

Ingredients for Kofta:

3 bade- boil karke mash kiye hue Aloo

100gms- kisa hua paneer

8-10- kaju chopped

1-2 tsp- kismish

Namak

1/4 tsp- Black Pepper

2 tsps- Cornflour

1-2- Hari mirch bareek kati hui

Hara Dhaniya finely chopped

Oil for frying

For Gravy

2- onion

2-3 tomatoes

2-3 green chilies

2″- ginger

1-2 cloves- garlic (optional)

10-12 Kaju

1 tsp- lal mirch pwd

1/2 tsp haldi

1 tsp- Kitchen king masala

1/2 tsp- garam masala

1-2 tsp Kasturi methi dry

Namak

1.5 tsp Chini

1/2 cup Malai

1 cup- Dudh

Oil

Chopped coriander for garnishing

Make fine paste: 

1st: pyaz+ lehsun

Method

For Kofta:

Aloo, paneer, kaju, kishmish aur thodi si malai ko mix karke namak kali mirch thodi si dhaniya patti aur bhaut bareek kati hui hari mirch mix kar ke cutlet ka shape de.
