Lauki Kofta

Lauki kofta banaye may jitna easy hai khaney may utna hi swadisht.

Lauki har kisi ko nahi pasand isliye mere yaha kabhi kabhi iska kofta banakar serve karte hai ūüėÄūüėÄūüėÄ

Here goes the recipe  

Ingredients 

For Kofta:

1 medium Lauki- 1.5 cups Kadukas kiya hua (kisne ke baad daba kar ras nikal le)(ras aap gravy may use kar sakte hai)

1/4 cup Besan (bind ho jaye itna dale)

1-2 pinch soda (if you don’t want to add soda replace it with 1-2 boiled and mashed potatoes)

Namak

Lal mirch pwd- 1/2 tsp (optional)

For gravy:

Make a fine paste:

2 onion

2-3 tomatoes

2-3 green chilies

2″ ginger

Masala:

1.5 tsp kitchen king

1 tsp lal mirch pwd

2 tsp dhaniya pwd

Salt

1/4 tsp haldi

3/4 tsp sugar

Kasuri methi thodi si

Tez patta

Laung elaichi- 2-2

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/4 cup malai

2 tbsp dahi

Method 

For Kofta 

Sabka ache se mix kare aur kofte ka shape de kar deep fry kar le. Kofta ready

Kadai may oil garam karke usmay tez patta, laung, elaichi dale phir jeera dale jab jeera seek jaye tab pyaz- tamatar ka paste dalkar oil chorne tak bhune


Ab sare masale (garam masala chor kar) add kare thoda sa pani dale aur ache se seeke ab kasuri methi dahi malai sab dale kuch der pakaye ab pani dale jitna thick gravy chahiye utna

Last may namak, chini aur garam masala dal kar do teen minute paka kar dhaniya se garnish kare (grated paneer bhi dal sakte hai)

Aur kofte dale de (agar turant nahi khaana ho toh kofta na dale…. just before serving aap gravy garam kare aur kofte 2-3 min usmay rehne de phir serve kare)

Bar bar chalate na rahe kyuki kofte soft hote hai to toot jayenge.
