Gulab Jamun Sabji


Gulab Jamun waise toh ek famous sweetdish hai par iska ek roop ye bhi hai 😀😀😀

Gulab Jamun ki sabji ek Rajasthani dish hai jo gulab jamun ko chashni may dip na karke rich creamy gravy may dip karke serve kiya jata hai (as a kofta)

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 

Gulab jamun- 8-10 (see notes)

Make a fine paste:-

Onion-3

Hari mirch-2-3

Adrakh-2-3″

Masala:-

Namak

Dhaniya powder-1&1/2 tsp

Lal mirch powder-1 tsp

Haldi-1/2 tsp

Garam masala- 1/4 tsp

Khada masala:-

Laung-2

Elaichi-2

Tez patta-1-2

Dalchini-1-2 tokda

Other ingredients:-

Dahi-1/2 cup

Malai-1/4 cup

Milk-1 cup

Kaju paste-2 tsp

Ghee

Bareek kata hara dhaniya for garnishing

Method:-

Kadai may ghee garam kare aur sabhi khada masala dale

Ab ismay pyaz wala paste dalkar bhune
Jab pyaz oil chorne lage tab ismay sare sukhe masala(thoda pani may ghol kar) aur dahi dale aur oil chorne tak seke

Ab ismay malai dale aur sath hi kaju paste
Kuch der sek kar ab jitni thick gravy chahiye utna milk dale

Ubal aane de ab ismay namak add kare
Agar gravy jyada gaadhi lage toh hi pani dale

Gravy ready

Jab serve karna ho tab gravy tez garam kare usmay 2-3 min gulab jamun ko dalkar rehne de phir serve kare

Notes:- 

1:- Gulab jamun chashni may bheega hua na le. Means uske kofte lena hai jaise gulab jamun fry karne ke baad chashni may dala jaata hai bas chashni may nahi dale hue use karne hai

Iske liye aap ya toh ghar par hi gulab jamun bana le ya market se bina chashni wale le aaye

2:- Agar ghar par chashni wala leftover gulab jamun rakha ho toh usko 2-3 bar ache se dhoo le uske baad kuch der garam pani may rakhe aur phir use karle
Par ye wala thoda sa meetha lag sakta hai
