Ye dal chawal, roti, kesariya pulao, stuffed paratha etc. dishes ke sath serve kar saktey hai ya phir sirf steamed rice ke sath bhi ye bahut achi lagti hai
Iske pakode aap apni pasand se bana saktey hai jaise palak pakoda, methi, pyaz etc.

Here goes the recipe
For Kadhi:
2 cup dahi chaan le
1 tbsp besan
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp lal mirch pwd
1 pinch hing
Chowkh:
Oil- 2 tsps
Panchmel chounk- 1.5 tsps (rai/sarso, jeera, methi dana, ajwain, saunff)
Curry patta- 5-6
Laung- elaichi- 2-2
Bareek kata hara dhaniya for garnishing
For Pakoda:
Besan-1/2 cup
Soda- 1 pinch

For Pakoda:
Sare ingredients ko mila kar thoda sa lukewarm oil (1-2 tsp) mila kar ek dum thick batter bana lo
Ab garam oil may iski ekdum choti choti pakodiya bana lo (pani ka hath laga laga kar isse pakodi utarne may easy hoga aur uski pooch bhi nahi nikalti)
Is pakodi ko aap kuch din store bhi kar sakte hai
For Kadhi:
Ek bowl may dahi chaan le aur usmay besan namak aur haldi mix karle (lumps na pade)
Kadai may oil dale (1-2 tsp) ismay hing, panchmel chowkh aur laung elaichi dale jab tadak jaye ismay curry patta dale
Ab lal mirch dale aur turant dahi dale thoda sa pani bhi dale aur ise chalaye 15-20 ubaal de
