Gatte Ki Sukhi Sabji

Gatta ek famous Rajasthani dish hai jo besan se banti hai aur jyadatar gravy wali hi hoti hai

Par aaj mai aapke sath iski sukhi sabji share kar rahi hu…. ye khaane may bahut hi tasty hoti hai 😋😋😋

Here goes the recipe 

Ingredients 


Gatta bananey ke liye:-

1 cup besan

1-2 tsp oil

Namak

Ajwain

Lal mirch thodi si

Other ingredients 

Jeera- 1/2 tsp

Curry patta-5-7

Hari mirch- 2-3 kati hui

Namak

Lal mirch- 1 tsp

Dhaniya powder- 1.5 tsp

Amchur-1/4 tsp

Method

Gatte banane ke liye:-

Ek bowl may besan, lal mirch, namak, ajwain aur  oil dale


Pani ka bas chita dete hue aata lagaye( dhyan rahe pani jyada na ho)

Ab iske patle lambe stick banaye

Cut kar le chota chota


Ab ublate (boiling water) pani may dale sath hi namak aur haldi dale aur gatte ko pakaye

Gatta pak gaya hai yaa nahi Ye check kare

(Check karne ke liye ek gatta bahar nikale aur bich se kate aur dekhe agar bich ka hissa jyada sukha hua hai toh ye aur pakega)

(Is image may dekhiye ye kuch der aur pakega)

Gatta boil ho ke ready


Jab pakk jaye isse chaan le

Ab ek kadai may oil garam kare ismay jeera  hari mirch aur curry pata ka tadka de

Ismay gatte dale ab dhaniya pwd, lal mirch, amchur aur agar jaroorat ho toh namak dale kuch der seeke aur utar le
